Applying- All job placement services for Nannies are free, there is no fee to apply. It is also FREE for parents/ families to apply, there is only a one time registration fee for families who agree to have Nanny Share Agency pair them with a Nanny.
Sharing Care- Sharing is an option that parents have with Nanny Share Agency that will not only allow your little ones to have friends to interact with, but it can also help cut costs for parents as well. Sharing entails one nanny being paired and shared between two or more families.
Combined Care- Combining is a form of care that allows Nanny Share Agency's Nannies to bring their child to the families home with whom they have been paired. This option can also help cut costs for families, but will also affect nannies wage.
Buy-out - Nanny Share Agency, LLC has one goal and that is to provide each family with a Nanny that is a perfect fit for their needs. So when the agency successfully does so families are allowed to buy-out of contract and hire nanny as own personal household employee, there is a buy-out fee and this leaves families responsible for withholding the appropriate taxes required by law.
